The Occupation

The Occupation

The Occupation

Explaining an image via deconstruction often defeats the purpose of its creation.  But we do it anyway.  Critique allows for a jumping off point and viewers have grown to expect it.  So I shall spoil your experience of self discovery by revealing this piece on my terms.

The Occupation represents invasion, in this case pain, an alien and its host.

Knowing that, I’ve automatically redirected what it could have meant to you…

Rebirth

Desire

Epiphany

Savant

Dread

or even

Death

These words change the viewer experience…fortunately.
